Through this section, Whitefield shares legal articles with a dual purpose: to make the law more accessible and to decode legal news for those directly impacted. We are committed to demystifying complex legal concepts to help non-legal audiences better understand the rules governing their activities and projects. At the same time, we offer a rigorous analysis of legislative and case law developments, particularly in the areas of:

  • Business law
  • Corporate law
  • Real estate law
  • Investment
  • Economic law

Keeping our clients, partners, and readers informed is an integral part of our mission. It is both a duty of transparency and a way to strengthen the legal security of those who place their trust in us. We believe that the law should not be reserved for specialists alone, but rather understood, anticipated, and used as a genuine decision-making tool.

This page also aims to foster a broader reflection on current economic, contractual, and legal challenges, drawing on our daily practice and the real-world issues faced by companies, investors, and market participants.
